I’m Valentin Molina, an AI speaker and consultant helping organizations put AI to work. I advise leaders, guide implementation, and deliver practical keynotes and workshops, from the first steps in AI to advanced agents. I also created a four-million-member AI community and lead a private AI Mastermind of approximately 3,000 people with Jonathan Montoya.

I’m the founder of Online Marketing Kickstart. As digital marketing has evolved, so has our work: from marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales systems to implementing AI in everyday business operations.

I previously co-founded an AI consultancy with 200+ consultants in its training and certification program. That experience continues to inform how I help leaders turn AI knowledge into practical services.

Behind the businesses, I'm a husband, father, and Christian based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Faith and family shape what I build and why I build it.
